A company in Shandong owns two single frame wide 6-rolls cold rolling mills made by Beijing Antai Technology. One is 1050, the other is 1450.
FV is a modified custom for its 1050 six roll cold rolling mill support roll.
The 1050 BUR bearing configuration:
Roll neck bearing - FCDP88124450/P53
Positioning bearing - 6080M .
The end-side positioning bearing is easily damaged, through our restructuring, from 6080M to 116180, increase the axial load, the problem is effectively solved.
FV engineer and Mr yang (PM) are on the production line.
